The Ministry of Education has published in the BORM the regulatory basis and announces financial assistance for the purchase of textbooks and supplementary materials and computer for students of compulsory levels of education at schools supported by public funds during the course 2012/13.
According to sources in the Department of Education Totana, the maximum is 150 euros for secondary school students and 110 euros for the primary schools, respectively.
The procedure for granting such aid will be in the competitive basis in Article 17 of the Act grants the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
According to the standard features, the aid will be granted up to a maximum of EUR 4,811,145 under the relevant heading in the general budget of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for 2012.
The maximum amounts of each aid granted under this call are:
- 110 euros for students in first, second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth level of Primary Education.
- 150 euros for students in first, second, third or fourth level of secondary school.
As pointed out by the standard, it may grant assistance, corresponding to the maximum, due to the acquisition of the following books and equipment (included):
a) The textbooks for the educational level made by the student beneficiary during 2012/13, provided that the level is 1. °, 2. °, 3. °, 4. °, 5. ° or 6. ° Primary Education course, or 1. °, 2. °, 3. ° or 4. ° ESO course and the exercises workbooks or other materials linked to the corresponding courses (including digital editions of those contents ) and materials deemed necessary for students with specific educational needs.
b) Also the support material or like dictionaries, atlases, literary material for comment text or other materials necessary for the development of the curriculum of the course.
The assistance may be applied families of students enrolled for the academic year 2012/13 in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth or sixth level of primary education or first, second, third or fourth level of compulsory secondary education in schools publicly funded institutions located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
Such requirements shall be supported by certification in the request itself made by the management of publicly funded centers for the student or the student will study in the 2012-13 academic year some of these levels.
