Accompaniment Program (PAIN) developed by the Department of Social Care and Citizenship has allowed the inclusion of 53 local residents, representing a significant increase in the intervention developed for this initiative compared to 2011 data.
The program is located in the first line of action of the municipal social services, addressing processes basically promote the social integration of people experiencing severe social exclusion (drug addicts, ex-prisoners, people in prostitution, people with severe mental illness noninstitutionalized , etc.) working with individuals and families with education and support strategies.
This project is framed in Inclusion Plan, and this is a tool in the fight against exclusion in the municipality and is developed by a specialized team consisting of a teacher and social worker.
