The Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court and Criminal Murcia has ordered "the immediate arrest and detention as a prisoner of the prisoner Juan Morales" (30/05/2012)

Refer servicing to the compliance office to the Judicial Police Brigade of the Civil Guard to proceed to the immediate arrest and detention as a prisoner of the prisoner Juan Morales Canovas, to carry out the sentence of imprisonment is has been imposed in these proceedings by this Court, accompanied by commandment to the Director of the Prison Murcia-II of Campos del Rio to receive him as a prisoner.

Notifíquese this Court order the prosecutor, the private prosecutor and the convicted Juan Morales Canovas, letting them know that that decision can only appeal for reconsideration before this Court within three days.
