The full City Council will address Totana am in regular session for the month of May (20:00 hours), the motion of the Mayor to declare local holiday in the municipality for 2013 on July 25, the feast of St. James, and December 10, the feast of St. Eulalia of Merida, Patroness of Totana.
Also, will address the motions of the Popular Party for the Central Government for the drafting of a Youth Employment Plan to facilitate their incorporation into the labor market and other support to farmers and ranchers to the difficulties faced by the cereal sector drought and modify the grant of assistance from the CAP to the owners of land uncultivated.
Also discussed are the three motions concerning the Socialist Group that does not diminish the strength of the transfer, require the regional administration the endowment needed to not close the Craft Technology Center, located in Totana, and request that the mechanism of funding for payment to providers of local authorities to establish a fixed rate not exceeding 5% provided by the Government of Spain.
Similarly, the agenda includes three motions of the United Left-Green Party against cuts in public freedoms, creation of urban gardens in the town of Totana and that the City will join the claims of LGBT Collective.
