The activities organized during the "First Week of Solidarity" of the Spanish Association of Transplanted in Totana ended the weekend with the development of a craft market held in the Plaza of the Constitution.
During the weekend, the local residents could enjoy the handicrafts displayed in the Solidarity Fair Crafts and live demonstrations that made potters, bakers and master goldsmith.
The mayors of Citizen Participation, Josefa Maria Sanchez, and Health, Eulalia Sandoval, visited the fair which also became known the activities and programs conducted by the association to promote organ donation.
The policy makers thanked the president of the involvement and commitment in developing this week for development in the municipality.
Moreover, this association, with the assistance of the City of Totana, has done all week cultural activities in the municipality in order to raise awareness of the importance of organ donation and if the problem of people needing transplantation.
