The students of Initial Vocational Training Program "Auxiliary Services Aesthetic", organized by the Department of Employment Promotion and funded by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment has conducted workshops on Prevention of Occupational Risks related to aesthetics.
Students have been known, among other things, standards of hygiene and safety at work, such as postural or ergonomic hygiene, protective measures for the professional and the client, clothing, footwear and lingerie adequate disposable materials, etc.
The councilman of Promotion and Employment, Mary Jose Baeza, explained that these courses are required for the proper conduct of the work activity in which students are starting their career in this sector.
In this way, they learn how to avoid unnecessary injuries and illnesses, so that when they enter the workforce, will be useful and applied as safety and hygiene at work, being beneficial for the proper conduct of the activity as well healthy for everyone.
