Totana potters representing the Region of Murcia in one of the most important fairs nationwide ceramic held from Friday 27 April until 1 May in the Tarragona municipality of La Galera.
A delegation of local potters Poveo, Romero and Hernandez, Bellon Potters, and Alfar Tudela, along with three potters Cehegín Lorca and installed its exhibitors throughout the show for five days on behalf of the Region of Murcia, This year is the Autonomous Community invited to this event.
The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, who has met with artisans to finalize the details of this assistance to the fair, explained that the organizers of the show decided that they were the artisans of Totana which mostly represent the Murcia at the fair.

Sanchez Ruiz recalled that since Totana joined the Spanish Association of Cities of Ceramics have been made in the municipality Technical Conference Training, Assemblies, and the National Awards Ceramics, a fact that became the town in the cradle of national ceramics in 2011.

For its part, the president of the Association of Artisans of Totana, Rosa Maria Saiz, and the president of the Business Technology Center of Crafts, Bartholomew Bellon, explained that, as the experiences of other artisans, this fair is usually a benchmark for the number of people passing through the streets of small town.
