The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and the Councillor for Citizen Participation, Josefa Maria Sanchez, met this week with the new board of the Association of Residents of the neighborhood of San Jose to address some issues that affect this area town.
Among other things, the residents were informed of the change in the route of the bypass west to the initial set out in PGOUM, whose project is going to start writing by the region and that directly affects this neighborhood, since, largely surrounds it.
The neighbors also raised the possibility of seeking alternatives to the current dynamic social center considering that is being prepared the new municipal management and use of municipal social centers.
In addition, city officials explained to neighbors the difficulties that will exist in this legislature to continue work on the future of the neighborhood community center San Jose, whose structure was built against the CEIP "San Jose" and missing more than 50 percent of execution of the work.
Also addressed other issues related to street lighting, street cleaning and solid waste collection and public safety.
