Totana City Council has initiated the development of a municipal heritage inventory in order to know the real estate and the current status presented by the different properties of the Consistory, and to perform an assessment of their current prices on the market .
The heritage inventory work being made public to municipal workers, just as happens with the preparation of the audit and document the City General Plan, in order to save costs to the municipal coffers and optimize resources.
The preparation of the inventory of real estate and municipal land registry intended to be continuously updated to maintain periodic generation of notes realizing new high or low assets, or changes resulting from any eventuality.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, explained that this is a very important tool for the future as it will allow greater control over municipal properties in order to leverage public.
