On 14 January 2012, and organized by the CAT, will start the Local League Athletics VII, which includes a total of 10 tests.
This year the league undergoes some changes from previous editions, among which stands apart from the "Trophy Trotacaminos" (per mile from 01/01/2012 to 06/16/2012), which is maintained, including "Trophy Correcarreras" consisting of reward for attending the races between the dates covered by its regulations (01/01/2012 to 16/06/2012 from).
Another novelty is that only 5 of the 10 tests that comprise the league will be competitive, the rest will be left-training, and being one of them in the nearby town of Aledo and in collaboration with the AECC (Local Board Aledo).
With respect to the previous local tests, the test remains "The Algarrobos" (not competitive) and the "Qualifying Race" (competitive) also include a test track speed (1,000 and 400 m) also competitive.
To complete the local testing program, we have included also the route of "The pistachio" and "La Rambla del Perro".
In regard to the competitive events outside the village, have chosen three half marathons, "Villa de Santa Pola", "City of Mazarrón" and "City of Murcia"
Enrollment in the League is open to all club athletes from independent practice or those interested in athletics.

The league will end on June 16, 2012, coinciding with the last test (Speed-track 1,000 and 400 meters), giving conclude this with the traditional dinner and awards ceremony.
