160 children are honored for their work in the tenth edition of Children's Drawing Competition for Urban Development, with the slogan "I love Green Green".
The Ministry of Public Works, presented on Thursday December 15 prizes of the X Edition of the Children's Drawing Contest Planning Murcia Region, under the slogan 'I want you green green!', Aims to meet the vision of the school about how the gardens and green spaces have shaped our towns and cities.
"From the Department of Public Works and Planning Director continued the general, we want to involve schoolchildren in the benefits of conducting an orderly growth of towns and cities, highlighting the importance of green spaces in the development of our region. "
In this tenth edition of the contest, sponsored by the Mediterranean Savings Bank, Cajamurcia and La Caixa, involving 2652 students from 49 schools across the region, aged between five and twelve years (from third to first in Middle Childhood ) and children with special educational needs.
In total, 160 schools have been awarded in the region.
Establishing a category first prize, endowed with gifts worth $ 150, two second prizes worth $ 100 and nine third prizes of 50 euros, plus special mention and runners.
Among the winners there are four students in CEIP Luis Perez Rueda, Totana, equipped with two third prizes and two second prizes.
