A 19 year old boy was killed and another seriously injured in the collision of two vehicles that occurred last night on the road N-340, off the town of Totana.
The 1-1-2 calls received warning of the accident at 21.47 pm yesterday.
The caller reported that there were at least two people unconscious and trapped inside a vehicle involved in the collision.
Firefighters came to the place of the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Region of Murcia Alhama based, Local Police, Guardia Civil and ambulance Murcia Health Service.
Upon arrival, emergency medical services could not do anything for one of those trapped, who had died on the spot, while the other was stabilized and taken to hospital "Rafael Méndez" Lorca with serious injuries.
The other occupants of cars involved in the incident were unharmed.
In addition, the 1-1-2 Emergency Center Murcia mobilized to a psychologist on duty, who had to attend the deceased's family, who were at the scene.
