The Health Center "Totana-South", which will have 24 questions and will service 15,400 users, will be completed in a few months, as progress has been the mayor of Totana, María Isabel Sánchez Ruiz.
The works of this health resort, as explained Sánchez Ruiz, have been delayed for several reasons deriving from the current crisis and the delicate situation of the treasuries of governments.
This situation, in the words of the mayor, will fund and work will resume in a few days, so it is expected that in six months the building is completed.
The municipal councilor noted that despite the drastic cost-cutting being carried out at City Hall to clean up the public coffers, the management of Government is based on four pillars (education, welfare, employment and health) and where they're focusing all economic efforts during startup of this term.
This center will have 17 GP practices, five consultations of Pediatrics, two dental offices, a multipurpose room, consulting extractions, priests, medicine less, a query to care for women, more maintenance units , staff, administration, among other agencies.
In total, will be more than 40 health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrative assistants and those who attend to 15,400 users are diverted to the new health facility.
