Service Citizen of the City of Totana has treated a total of 33,157 phone calls and provided a total of 39,058 face service in the first half of the year.
During this time, 32,752 citizens have made consultations and negotiations by telephone over 010 citizen information service and from the City Hall switchboard, and a total of 405 in the Office of the Paretón.
Also, from the Citizens Advice Service (SAC) of Totana, have made a total of 37,436 face service, also recorded in the Office of the Municipal Paretón a total of 1,623 personalized attention.
The hotline number 010 citizens attending the public Monday through Friday from 08:00 hours to 22:00 hours and hours of attendance of SAC during the summer months is from 9:00 to 13:30 Monday to Friday.
