The 30 students in the Day Centre "José Moya" closed course activities 2010/2011 with a moving ceremony involving the families of users along with the Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sánchez Ruíz, Councillor for Social Care, Maria Josefa Sanchez, and the Councillor for Sports, Bartholomew Pallares.
During the act, in which all members picked up their diploma, the families were able to see the hand of the director of the Center which monitors the activities have been carried out throughout the course in which they stand those made in the carpentry, ceramics, arts and sports activities.
The council acknowledged the great work done by each of the workers who form the staff of the Centre, which "has become a benchmark in the integration of persons with disabilities in the Shire of Guadalentín."
For its part, the Mayor said that the facilities and care have been greatly improved by transforming the Occupational Centre and Day Centre and included in the Network of Care Services Unit, which has led to the expansion of of days and hours of students
