The Governing Council has agreed to the procurement of works included in the project called 'general collector Totana South sanitation', with a budget of 1.5 billion euros.
This infrastructure includes 80 percent of aid from the Cohesion Fund of the European Union.
The collector south, 5.1 kilometers, will connect the general emissary of Totana Station Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and collect the wastewater generated in the south and the deputation of Lebor.
This action will allow the attack to the network of some 3,500 inhabitants, households, industries and commercial installations and service throughout the area.
The performance is part of the General Plan of cleansing and purifying of the Region of Murcia.
The construction of this manifold is a step in the progress undertaken by the regional government to improve services provided to the population.
