He said that in line with its commitments to the public and the political guidelines of our national game, it is necessary to conduct an audit of public accounts by the municipal officers, which would not involve any additional cost , in order to report to the plenary municipal guarantees.

The mayor said that the results and conclusions of the audit will make a decision on the policy of austerity and rationalization plan of current expenditures until the end of 2011, joining other extraordinary and temporary measures to help mitigate the economic difficulties and financial and allow the City to enforce a plan of payment to suppliers.

Among these, highlighted the immediate reduction in the number of public office released positions appointed and temporary personnel, the elimination of advertising and communication costs, allowances and expenses, which is already approved at the next plenary session of organization municipal administration for this term.
