Aikido Club de Totana has recently participated in the First International Course of Aikido Benefit for the victims of the earthquake in Japan that has taken place in the Center of High Performance Sports Council in Madrid.
The course was taught by the teacher Yasunari Kitaura, 8 º Dan Aikikai Shihan and Delegate in Spain and involved clubs and athletes of all Spanish territory, including components of Totana Aikido Club.
In total there were over 200 participants who participated in both sessions taught by the teacher also remember those affected by the earthquake in Japan was also affected by the earthquake in Lorca pledging to provide another way in Lorca.
A very important gesture, taking into account that some students are Lorca totanero club.
The total proceeds amounted to EUR 8,560 aikido contributing to put their bit to alleviate the pain of the Japanese people.
We recall that aikido is a rising sport taught in Totana in the school hall on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 20 h.
