Regional President of New Generations of PP, Victor Manuel Martinez, Executive Committee member of the PP and MP, Jesus Cano, have held a working meeting with members of NN GG Totana to encourage youth participation in the elections on 22 May.
"The two political representatives acknowledged the great work that is developing the new local executive and the success of the projects he has begun to mobilize young people to propose courses of action for the interests of this group and that they be reflected in concrete actions in the town ", according to reports from the PP of Totana in a statement.
Totana NNGG president, Pedro Andreo, stressed the importance of youth in the political and social future "being on that one day soon we will be playing to take the reins of society."
He also stressed the importance of informing the youth sector of the municipality to find it easier to engage in the political world with his actions being responsible and consistent in defending their ideology at the polls.
Also, Andrea took stock of the work being developed since the new board took command in April 2010.
For its part, the regional deputy, Jesus Cano, praised the interests of all of New Generations of the municipality, both members and supporters of those issues of greatest concern today to the youth group.
Also stressed that "although youth today are not very political and hand in totana can not say that by the number and quality of NNGG members."
The regional president urged members of Totana NNGG to continue working and continue to participate actively, as they are, in developing what will be the paper's election platform.
It also reminded young people that they are present in this town for what should be an active part in matters that interest them most and Housing, Active Employment Policies, Empowerment, Education, etc.
He also made a constructive criticism of the issues that concern young Spanish and more specifically in our region and congratulated the local president and its board for the good job he was doing in the municipality.
