The little ones will enjoy aikido classes that the club has launched Totana (22/02/2011)

Aikido Club of Totana, in their eagerness to move the imprint of the martial art, has set up special classes for children from 8 years for the smallest known and practiced the sport.

The classes, which are developed in the School Board, will be on Mondays and Fridays from 17:00 to 18:00.

Since the club encourages families to make themselves known to their children the importance of this sport.

Aikido's main characteristic is the pursuit of harmonization / neutralization of the opponent in conflict situations, leading to the defeat of the opponent without hurting him.

Thus, education is conducive own instinct, self-reflection and development of the opponent.
