A total of 168 schools in the municipality last week participated in a day of School Sports Targeting Organized by the Department of Sport and Club Guidance, in the La Ramblica.

The sports council, José Antonio Valverde Queen and Guidance Club president, Paul Joseph Costa Cánovas, were responsible for delivering the trophy to the winning students: Javier Pallares (Colegio La Cruz) in male juvenile category, Ana Mendez Heredia (College Guadalentín) in juvenile female, Alejandro Martínez (IES Juan de la Cierva) in male children, Isabel Lopez (IES Prado Mayor), in female child, Viviana Paramo (IES Prado Mayor) in female cadet, and Najat Baumediene (IES Prado Mayor) in junior women category.

This day was also qualifying for the Regional Phase Guidance organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, in its program of School Age Sports.
