The Minister of Universities and Research Company, Salvador Marin, and the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, preside over the laying of the cornerstone of the transportation hub for Lower Guadalentín on Tuesday February 8 and not on Friday 4 as planned.

The mayor responsible for this project in the area of Industry, José Antonio Valverde Reina, explained that the Development Agency of Murcia Region has awarded a total of 81,904, 72 euros in grant to carry out this work, primary for the transport sector in Totana, and the total amount amounts to 327,618.88 euros.
In this sense, also recalled that, in line with the commitment to reviving the local economy, this work has been awarded to the company totanera ETOS, which will promote the generation of employment in addition to increased sales products from suppliers.
With the development and implementation of this project, as pointed Valverde Queen, the City Council through Proinvitosa going to solve the transport business of the municipality with the problem of parking their heavy vehicles and insecurity faced daily as a result of thefts that are subject primarily of fuel.
This project involves the construction of a total of 36 parking spaces for heavy trucks and 15 trucks of medium and small tonnage and cars.
It also includes the construction of a warehouse of 1,000 square meters where it will offer, among other things, both trucks and cars to laundry services, change of mechanical wheels and quick.
Queen Valverde explained that once again shows the commitment of the government team with the productive sectors that most need the support of local government.
