The Tour of Spain 2011 will be held on Saturday 20th August to Sunday 11 September 2011 and will have 21 stages with a total length of about 3,300 kilometers.

Stage 3 Petrer> Totana (Monday, 22 August)
Unprecedented step in the route of the Tour of Spain.
With output in the province of Alicante and Murcia arrival, the third leg of the race will be one of the shortest of this year.
The stage has a single port of the third category in the second half of the tour: the Alto de la Santa.
Located just over ten kilometers from the finish line can affect the speed of the field at a time conducive to beginning a massive influx.
