The active Emergency Department today the alert level to orange tomorrow, Saturday, Aug. 14 (13/08/2010)

The Directorate General of Emergency Region of Murcia has activated this morning the alert level orange alert for the possibility of severe storms and heavy rains throughout the Region of Murcia until tomorrow Saturday 14th August.

The forecast, as reported by the Meteorological Agency, is between 10 to 40 percent chance to fall 40 liters per square meter.

Totana Civil Protection recommends residents during these days do not park vehicles or running on the boulevards of the town, as the intensity of heavy rains are expected.

Also advised that Unlock the drains of the houses to prevent flooding.
