The Councillor for New Technologies, Juan Carrion, has reported that problems with the neighbors regarding the receipt of the signal quality of digital terrestrial television (DTT), are due to improvement works being carried on Carrascoy repeater.
The mayor has indicated that since the autonomous region have reported that late last week proceeded with a series of repeater changes aimed at improving Carrascoy DTT coverage provided throughout this part of the Region and transmitters to prepare for the implementation of future channels that will appear.
On the occasion of this reform, as the mayor said, some channels are no longer received, especially the private national TV (Antena 3, Antena NOVA, Tele 5, etc.), receiving no problems other channels such as BBC1, BBC2, Clan and others.
These problems are affecting the whole region Guadalentín Valley, but are still affected only those facilities that have less power, said, so that even within the same house, no television to reach them with sufficient signal power and so they have no problems and others can not see anything.
