That at the news published by the Agencia Efe regarding an alleged indictment issued by the prosecutor on the request more than three years in prison for the Mayor of Totana, this representation must make the following statements:

1 .- That is not aware of any notification to this part of an indictment by the Prosecutor in relation to proceedings conducted before the Magistrate's Court No 2 of Totana for an alleged crime of obstruction of justice.

2 .- That to exist that letter, there would be no procedural efficiency as long as the Order of Expedited Procedure has not been notified to either party. The order which, if any, should reveal the existence of evidence crime, is a prerequisite for the public prosecutor can bring charges.

3 .- That this defense is again required to report the existence of leaks in the media, which flagrantly violates the right of defense from other parties who, once more, to know the status of this issue through the media.
