Totana is the third municipality in the region that receives the most economic level of the District Councils

Specifically, the Ministry has given a grant amounting to 362,491 euros in the Local Public Employment Program, which will allow the recruitment of 30 unemployed to carry out works of social interest and, as the archaeological excavation of the Oilfield Argárica La Bastida (241,981 euros), the works of adequacy in Avenida Juan Carlos I (39,954 euros), and the project of reconciling work and family life (72,069 euros).
