The Department of Economic Development, launches, in collaboration with the union of the Union of Small Farmers (UPA), the training action "Pruning the Olive".
Totana City Council is aware of the importance of training in any sector and, taking into account our enclave, training in the agricultural field is echoed for their professionalization.
This course, as in previous editions of agricultural and agri-food training, has begun to be developed in one of the classrooms of the Local Development Center, in the "El Saladar" industrial estate, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. .
Upon completion of the same, students will obtain a certificate approved by the Ministry of Agriculture.
This course is aimed at farmers, entrepreneurs and professionals in the agricultural sector, being able to assist unemployed workers or any interested person.
From this Council is informed that next April 9 begins the course of "Grafting Almond and Olive";
in May and June, there will be two courses on "Training for basic pesticide pesticide treatments";
and in September a "Training course for treatments with phytosanitary pesticides of a qualified level" will be carried out.
