The Follow-up Forum of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS) of the Sierra Espuña Territory met on February 27 at the Ricardo Codorníu Visitor Center with the presence of the Environment and Tourism totaneras councilors, Antonia Camacho and Inmaculada Blázquez , respectively, accompanied by municipal technicians from both municipal departments.
During the meeting, the different collaborating entities of the Plan of Action of the Charter, among them the Parque de Sierra Espuña and the Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia, among others, explained the progress of the actions for which they are responsible.
In addition, the Report of the CETS corresponding to the year 2017 was presented, where the level of the commitment of the territory with the Charter was highlighted, since 90% of the actions that had foreseen its beginning in that year were initiated.
Finally, the 27 participants in the meeting made an evaluation of the development of the Action Plan for the year 2017.
