The totanera artist Blasa Sáez, known artistically as "La Blasa", starred last Friday the so-called "Concert for Equality", a fabulous show that was held at the "Ginés Rosa" Theater of the Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel", and that It was attended by a large audience.
The concert was part of the program of activities organized during this month of March on the occasion of Women's Day that is commemorated every March 8, promoted by the Department of Women and Equality with the collaboration of women's associations in the municipality.
With this cultural activity officially started the list of events that are organized during almost all this March in the municipality to claim rights between men and women.
In addition, the concert, which was also a tribute to the Peruvian artist Chabuca Granda, had the collaboration of the Sociocultural Association of Women Totanera, and the assistance of the Councilwoman of Women, Eulalia Moreno, and other members of the Municipal Corporation.
In the concert participated Blasa Sáez (voice and piano), Tomi de Ciotto (electric bass), Juanma Navia (flute) and Jesus Santiago (percussion).
The last time the totanera artist performed in Totana was in October 2016 with a show in which Spanish themes of Spanish roots were covered.
