The Local Government Board has recently approved the proposal of the Councilor for Youth, Inmaculada Blázquez, to accept the subsidy co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Operational Youth Employment Program (POEJ) 2014-2020, to finance the expenses of personnel that provide information, guidance and accompaniment services to the young population of the municipality that meets the requirements of the National Youth Guarantee System.
The proposal of the Youth Councilor accepts accept the proposed funding amount of 12,997 euros to cover 75% of the unit cost per hour of a technician with the category of counselor, with a dedication of 860 euros per year;
and a minimum weekly dedication of 18 hours during the year 2018.
In addition, the totanero City Council is committed to providing the remaining 25% to complete one hundred percent of labor costs charged to the municipal budgets for the year 2018.
The total allocation for the actions that are financed by the Youth Employment Operative Program is 574,491 euros, of which 91,89% are financed by the European Social Fund;
being beneficiaries of these the totality of municipalities of the autonomous community.
