Yesterday Sunday was the 12th edition of the MTB Domingo Pelegrin memorial organized by the CC Santa Eulalia, scoring for the regional circuit of XCM, and that after a rainy and cold night, it would make the test especially hard and the organization would look in a position to cut the route of it.
The race counted on the participation of 4 runners (Gabri, Isma, Manuel and Antonio) of the Framusa Grasshopper team, and would give the start at 9:30 in the morning on a route that finally had 37 km and about 1000 meters of altitude positive for the surroundings of Sierra Espuña.
Already in race Gabri was leaving with the leading group of exit followed by a second group where they marched Manuel and Antonio Gines, and followed by Ismael.
Finally Gabri would finish 8th in the general classification and 3rd in the elite category, while Antonio and Manuel did it in the 16th and 17th positions of the general classification, entering the 30th, 6th and 7th Master classes respectively.
Ismael managed to finish the test in 79th place overall and 18th in the elite category.
The podium of local runners would form Gabri, Antonio Ginés and Manuel.
