Yesterday, the 3rd Villa de Aledo MTB March was held in Aledo. The entire route of about 40 km and 1300 meters of positive elevation in Sierra Espuña.
The race is the first of the year scoring for the circuit of XC Marathon of the Region of Murcia, where the Framusa Grasshopper was represented with 6 runners.
The morning dawned sunny and not very cold despite the dates, but somewhat windy.
The fortune was not face in mechanical issues, since Manuel had to compete with the bike of another member of the team (Mario) that did not compete, because before the start would suffer an irreparable breakdown, and Antonio punctured up to three times on the way
On the other hand Gabriel would complete a very big race, getting 10 in the general and 4 elite, demonstrating his great progression and his great state of form.
Andrés Plazas managed to complete a great race demonstrating his great quality and level, and demonstrating that the one he had retained, like Santiago Pérez (Chavi) who was putting back a number after more than a year without competing.
Ismael would also complete a great race after several weeks of hard training also certifying a great progression and effort.
Manuel despite the bike change managed to finish in very good position, and Antonio who did not have the luck of face would finish the race at the end.
Next week the team will be present at the Domingo Pelegrín Memorial to be held in La Santa de Totana.
