The Department of Economic Development of the City of Totana informs the entire business fabric of the municipality of the call for aid from the "La Caixa" Youth Employment program, aimed at hiring young beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee.
"La Caixa" Youth Employment is a program promoted by the referred entity that seeks to promote young, stable and quality employment to contribute to the reduction of youth unemployment;
and this one has the financing of the European Social Fund, which contributes 20 million euros to the initiative, and of the "la Caixa" Banking Foundation, which allocates 1,765,154 euros, respectively.
The program is aimed at companies, self-employed entrepreneurs, associations, foundations and other non-profit entities that hire young people between 16 and 29 years old with the aim of reducing unemployment figures and boosting business activity and economic growth.
The deadline for requesting the grants established in this call began on March 7, 2017, and will end on February 28, 2018;
at 7:00 p.m.
The conditions to benefit from these grants are:
For hiring a fixed term (temporary), the maximum subsidy is SIX (6) months, with a minimum period of permanence of SIX (6) months.
For indefinite hiring formalized until September 15, 2017, the maximum subsidy is of DODE (12) months, with a minimum stay period of SIX (6) months and extendable to two successive periods of THREE (3) months each one until reaching the maximum total duration of TWELVE (12) months.
For indefinite hiring formalized as of September 16, 2017, the maximum subsidy is SIX (6) months, with a minimum period of permanence of SIX (6) months.
The maximum amount of aid for each type of contract described is defined in article 12 of the regulatory bases.
Applications may be submitted, along with the required documentation, on the website www.lacaixaempleojoven.org, and grants may be granted to a maximum of ten young people per entity or company (it is understood by NIF).
Young people who wish to participate in this initiative must be between 16 and 29 years old (both included) at the time of formalizing the contract;
be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System prior to the formalization of the contract.
Failing that, have signed up as job seeker in a public employment service or have made the renewal of the demand for employment, in both cases from December 25, 2016 and prior to the formalization of the contract;
and not having worked on the natural day prior to the start of the subsidized contract.
Eligible contracts can be fixed-term (temporary), full-time, with a minimum stay period of six months and a grant of 4,200 euros or full-time permanent contracts, with a minimum stay of six months and a maximum aid is 9,600 euros.
