During the month of November 2017, these training actions have started and are being developed, with 64 registered participants.
These training actions based on the New Technologies and Labor Competences, are composed of 4 training courses in which unemployed students are participating from the municipality of Totana, Alhama de Murcia and Librilla.
These courses take place in the Social Center of the Barrio de San Roque, being possible thanks to the collaboration offered by the Hon.
City Council of Totana with the cession of this place and in the Nursery of Companies for Women thanks to the collaboration of the Excmo.

The main objective of this training is to improve basic social skills, and acquisition of job search techniques is of vital importance when it comes to finding a job and maintaining it.
To this end, content blocks are being worked on, such as training in social skills, development of social and emotional intelligence, active job search techniques, basic technological skills and gender equality.
This course is part of the training activities developed by the Project "LABOR: A step towards employability", a project that has been running in Totana since November 2007, in collaboration with the City Council of Totana and funded by the Murciano Institute of Social Action by 20% and by the European Social Fund by 80%.
This project aims to inform, train and guide unemployed people about aspects related to the world of work.
It is an initiative of a socio-labor nature, in which it is tried to facilitate the labor insertion of those people who are interested in participating actively in the change of their situation of unemployment and who find special difficulties.
