The Mayor, in his authoritarian government, continues without giving due process to the motions of the PP that are directed to concrete actions in the Municipality.
On November 14, the PP presented a motion to the plenary to carry out a plan to improve and refurbish the playgrounds of the different parks and green areas of the Paretón-Cantareros district, and which was later extended to the rest of the area. Municipality, to which the Mayor has not processed.
It happened in previous plenary sessions and you do not have to walk very far, the past month of October happened something similar, when the Mayor in an authoritarian and arbitrary way withdrew a motion on the arrangement of the banks of the Glorieta del Convento that were destroyed and that the PP denounced through this motion and requested its settlement.
When this Government Team did not have an established roadmap, once the PP alerted of the state of the same, indicating the proximity of the beginning of the catechesis in the Convent, decided unilaterally to withdraw the PP motion and immediately put on to fix these banks.

It will be coincidence that just the day after the presentation by the Popular Party of a motion demanding that a plan be carried out to improve the playgrounds in the different parks and green areas of the District, is the Councilor of Services who informs that from January integral actions will be initiated in said parks, evidently and acting as in previous plenary sessions, authoritatively withdrawing the motions presented by the PP.
It is still evident the lack of transparency and the authority with which this Mayor governs the municipality of Totana, not leaving the Popular Party to highlight the needs of the neighbors and restricting the work of opposition of our group to manifest actions that should be to go making, by means of the elimination of the motions presented by this group, so that it does not put them in the convocation of the plenary session with the purpose of trying to cover the opposition mission of the Popular Party.
We return to reiterate our position of the previous plenary, noting that this way the Mayor says he is uncomfortable that the Popular Party carries out its work of opposition and to show in the Plenary those things that the Government Team has to improve for the good of the Town of Totana.
Leaving evidence that the transparency and consensus that both have proclaimed in the campaign shine for their absence.
It is already the third time that the Covenant Government Team limits the possibility of presenting motions by the Popular Group.
We again ask Mr. Mayor not to restrict the requests for improvement made by the PP, from his role of opposition to the Government Team, even if it is not to his liking that we indicate all those things that have been abandoned by our People.
From the PP we remind the Mayor that we will continue to vindicate, as this is our mission, all those aspects that we consider necessary to solve our people, even if it is not of their convenience, since they show their total incompetence.
