The Department of Works and Infrastructures continues to undertake the laying and lining of sidewalks on a stretch of more than 100 meters in the avenue Juan Carlos I, near the Tirol-Camilleri neighborhood, in order to adapt the urban crossing, and which continue at a good pace, according to its owner, Víctor Balsas.
The work is being carried out by six operators within the framework of the program of the Regional Councils and have a budget of about 13,000 euros, thus responding to one of the main demands of the neighbors and users of this neighborhood.
The actions will be undertaken in two phases, so that the first quarter shift of the program will be paving works in one section, and later in the second shift, the same works will be undertaken in another space on the sidewalk.
The Council intends to condition progressively the urban section of the unfinished crossing, from the roundabout of the "Kabuki" to the "Donor of Blood", in order to give architectural and aesthetic balance to this infrastructure that crosses the hull urban, says the mayor Balsas.
