The Department of Works and Infrastructure is undergoing these days works of placement and lining of sidewalks in a section of more than 100 meters in the avenue Juan Carlos I, at the height of the neighborhood Tirol-Camilleri, in order to adapt the urban crossing , according to its owner, Víctor Balsas.
The work is being carried out by six operators within the framework of the Regional Councils program and has a budget of about 13,000 euros, thus responding to one of the main demands of neighbors and users of this neighborhood.
The actions will be undertaken in two phases, so that the first quarter shift of the program will be paving works in one section, and later in the second shift, the same works will be undertaken in another space on the sidewalk.
The Council intends to condition progressively the urban section of the unfinished crossing, from the roundabout of the "Kabuki" to the "Donor of Blood", in order to give architectural and aesthetic balance to this infrastructure that crosses the hull urban, says the mayor Balsas.
