The Mayor, Andrés García, accompanied by the Councilor for Citizen Assistance, Gertrudis Ruiz, recently met with the secretary general of the Ministry of Transparency and Participation, Enrique Ujaldón, with whom they have committed to the municipal government to continue promoting actions in the matter of Transparency to the citizens and citizens.
The regional responsible in this matter made known to the municipal representatives the lines, upcoming projects and guidelines on Transparency that the Autonomous Community has, and at the same time requested coordination and institutional collaboration in this regard.
The mayor assured Ujaldón that the City of Totana will collaborate with the regional Executive in compliance with the Transparency Law;
because "we believe in transparency and we have applied it from the outset, hanging for example the payrolls of councilors on the municipal corporate website," he said.
In addition, he announced to the municipal officials that from this General Secretariat is working to offer the municipal budgets visually, among other matters;
and moved the intention that this Thursday will be presented the so-called Good Government Plan.
He also told them that in a few weeks it is planned to call the councilors responsible for all municipalities in the region to a meeting where the needs and priorities will be addressed in terms of transparency and citizen participation.
