The Department of Economic Development, Development and Employment of the City of Totana reports that the Employment and Training Services (SEF) of the Autonomous Community has launched an aid scheme to promote self-employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and the social economy, aimed at young beneficiaries of the National System of Youth Guarantee, as well as unemployed people of long duration - zero rate.
To these SEF grants, young people enrolled as beneficiaries in the National Youth Guarantee Scheme as well as long-term unemployed persons, that is, persons who have registered as job seekers in the SEF, will be eligible for at least 360 days within the last 18 months.
The aim of this grant is to alleviate the difficulties of access to employment for many young people and, on the other, to improve the employability of long-term unemployed persons.
By virtue of the order of 4 August published in BORM number 209, this aid is structured under two lines or subprograms:
- Subprogramme 1: "Subsidy for the establishment for own account", consists of an amount to support the start of the activity, as an incentive, and the second, the maximum amount of the subsidy in general will be 2,000 euros in the case of the men;
2,500 euros for women, and 3,500 euros for a person with a disability, risk of social exclusion, victims of gender violence or terrorism
- Subprogramme 2: "Subsidy for the maintenance of the activity, by means of financing the payment of social security contributions under the Special Scheme for Self-employed or Self-employed workers - Quota Cero", to support the maintenance of business activity, self-employed in financing Social Security costs for two years.
Thus, this aid will allow those beneficiaries of this subsidy to be established as Self-employed not to pay the fee in their first year, and only 50 euros per month during the second year.
