The celebrations of Santa Leocadia in the Diputación totanera of La Sierra are celebrated this next weekend, from the 15 to the 17 of September, beginning this Friday night with the contest of crumbs, in which the organization will facilitate the flour and the oil and the musical performance of the "JDM Orchestra".
The Councilor of Festivities, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, and the representatives of the neighborhood associations of Santa Leocadia and Las Alquerías, Isabel Pascual and Josefa Sánchez, presented the program of activities of these festivities with which continues the calendar of festivities in neighborhoods and districts of summer in this municipality.
Also, on Saturday, September 16, at 19:00 hours, will be the procession and Mass at Finca Caruana;
and at 10:00 pm, the great verbena will be played again, by the "JDM Orchestra".
On Sunday, September 17, from 12:00 to 13:30 hours, special activities of Sierra Espuña will be held in which the flying mammals will be known in a didactic way in the regional park.
At 14:00 hours, it will be the giant paella for all attendees;
and then the dessert contest.
After the meal, from 16.00 hours, the traditional children's games of the pots will be celebrated.
