Dealing with the issues of legal, ethical and medical arising about human reproduction, both in the aspect of sexual and reproductive health, as in regard to abortion, is the main objective of the course Universidad Internacional del Mar "Abortion: ethics and law", to be held in the town of Totana between days 14 to 16 July.
The new law on sexual and reproductive health and abortion, which came into force on July 5, gives a new treatment in this whole area, dealing up to now no legislative development.
The course aims to analyze the legal situation set the new rules, their ethical and health implications and future prospects that open.
The course is led by Professor of the University of Murcia José Ramón Hernández Salcedo, and has the support of the Centre for Studies in Biolaw, Ethics and Health (CEBES).
Extending the registration period until 13 July.
