The Treasury Department plans to negotiate new financing lines with the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, under the measures established by the Ordinance Funds for 2018, in order to pay firm judgments received in recent months.

And every time it is approved by the plenary, an agreement will be signed with the Ministry to pay in 10 years with two years of lack, facing the debt established by previous municipal governments of the PP in this sense.
The most noteworthy concepts of this payment of judgments are interest, arrears interest and costs for a total of 1,100,012 euros, as well as capital whose amount of 475,124 euros, which correspond to two firm judgments.
