Workers, members of the board of directors and municipal authorities have recently met at the premises of the Special Employment Center of Totana, located on Calle Carmen Conde, number 2, the VI Conference on Coexistence of Workers of CEDETO.
The objective of these days is to promote social relations among the company's employees, as well as to present ideas, suggestions and contributions for the better functioning of the company, thus consolidating social relations in the company and facilitating Their integration into the labor market.
The day was attended by a large number of workers, as well as municipal authorities, including the Mayor of Totana, Andres García, and CEDETO counselors, the day was initially developed with a common sharing by all attendees on the present and Future of the Special Employment Center of Totana.
All the parties discussed the great work and the enormous effort that CEDETO workers and the City of Totana have carried out, with the objective of maintaining the company, as well as expanding services and contributing to the insertion of Disabled in the municipality of Totana.
CEDETO is a Special Employment Center belonging to the City of Totana, whose social object is the insertion in the working world of the disabled, being currently staff of 35 workers of which 99% are disabled.
At the end of the day of coexistence, and as a final activity, there was a tasting of dishes of traditional gastronomy, being a success the acceptance that has had on the part of the workers that are scheduled this type of activities of integration to the disabled by Part of the Special Employment Center.
