This measure of reduction of the time of the medical center was already taken by the Ministry of Health during the last years at this time of year, but this time, neighbors have reborn against the health authorities of Area III of Health with the collection of signatures.
The City Council of Totana and the Regional Assembly have already raised in the past years motions for the SMS to reconsider this restructuring of the hourly reduction applied during the summer months.
The neighbors advocate that the clinic of this hamlet has the reinforcement of a doctor more to withstand the pressure of care of the summer months instead of proceeding to the reduction of hours of medical services.
The mayor explained that we want the reconsideration of the measure so that in successive planning, the Ministry will have the benefit of reinforcing it with another doctor, since it is mostly a larger population that has difficulties to go to the Health Center OfTotana.
