The Palace of the Mediterranean Games in Almeria, where the 45 tables are already installed with their play areas, will host the most important event of the season for Spanish table tennis in which more than 2,000 athletes will take part.
Club Totana TM is going to make a great effort and will have representation in the categories Prebenjamín, Benjamín, Infantil y Juvenil.
Tomorrow Friday starts the competition for the totanero youth team that starts at 17.20.
Against the team of Rivas having as group rivals also the teams of Son Cladera (Baleares) and the Bombos Blasi Olesa (Catalonia) that are the series heads of this group 14 ..
Finished the test of youth teams will begin the individual and double frames that will end on Tuesday 27.
The club will have participation in teams also in the categories young and children that begin both Wednesday 28 at 9 o'clock.
The Benjamín team is the seed of group 3 and will have to face in the first phase the teams of Elche, Narón and Linares.
The rivals of our children will be Vincios (Galicia), Lluís Gracia (Catalonia) and Linares (Andalusia).
The individual and doubles events of both young and infants begin on Friday 30 and end with the closing of the championships on Sunday 2 July.
Our representatives will be Alvaro Martínez in the category of prebenjamín, Gabriel Sánchez and Pepe Carreño in Benjamín, Alejandro López, Abrahán Lopez and Juan Pedro Sánchez in the infantile one.
In addition Juan Pedro will also be in the youth category next to Santiago and Domingo Méndez.
