OUR HOLY WEEK CEIP "LA CRUZ"
As every year as Easter approaches, the children of CEIP "LA CRUZ, work in a special way the moments that remind us of the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus.
From the area of ​​religion, and with the work done by the students, has been mounted a small exhibition in which are shown through drawings and collages, the symbols and elements characteristic of Holy Week totanera: (Nazarenes, manolas, Armaos "and the musical instruments own of the bands of music and orchestra).
Also, with the help of families, they have elaborated thrones of plasticine and wood, representing different moments of the Passion and Death of Jesus;
And have made an exact replica of the robe and the costume of manola totanero.
Through this small exhibition, children not only work the area's own content but also, know, respect and keep alive the traditions and customs of Totana .
It is important to note that in carrying out this activity, the entire educational community is willingly involved.
