The Ordinary Plenary for the month of March is advanced to Wednesday morning (19:00 hours) in order to address a proposal of the Mayor's Office to formalize a loan operation from the Ordinance Fund for needs of 2017.

The proposals of the Mayor's Office will also be discussed to suspend for six months different actions regarding the Tax on the Increase of the Value of Urban Land, and another to reject the appeal of reposition filed by José Luis Hernández Costa, representing CEBAG , Against the plenary agreement of 12/29/2016.
Similarly, corporations will try the proposal of the Mayor to name the public space known as roundabout of the French as a place of Volunteers of Civil Protection Totana, in recognition of the work and trajectory of this group.
