Successful participation in the women's personal defense workshop organized by the PSOE of Totana on Women's Day (09/03/2017)

The workshop was attended by more than 30 women, who spent a very fun afternoon learning the different techniques of self-defense that several monitors of the Aikido Club of Totana put into practice.

The workshop participants expressed their satisfaction with the event, given the eminently practical nature of the event and the treatment and kindness of the monitors.

At the end of the event, the participants commented on the need for this type of activity to be repeated and their willingness to participate in them.

Unfortunately, sexist violence continues to grow day by day in our environment, so actions like these are very useful to be able to defend themselves against the unspeakable attacks that occur every day in our country.

To conclude, from the PSOE Totana we want to thank the unworkable work, which the Totana Aikido Club and its monitors, have developed unselfishly to make possible the unforgettable afternoon yesterday.
