The procedure for awarding this contract is the open procedure and the duration of the contract will be two years, and may be extended annually for a maximum of four years, including extensions.
The estimated value of the contract for the four years is e 644,792, 16 euros without VAT and the offers will be presented in the Citizen Service (SAC) of the City of Totana, during opening hours, within a period of fifteen days Natural resources counted from the day after its publication in the BORM and profile of the contractor.
This contract has the purpose of providing various services and actions corresponding to the Home Help Service, both established by the IMAS through the collaboration agreement with the Consistory totanero, and the municipal to deal with cases not covered by the service By dependency.
The financing of these services and the total number of hours that they will be subject to the contributions of the different public administrations, contemplated in the agreements signed between them for the development of this one, and the contributions that correspond to the user and the Municipal budget.
The services to be tendered for the development of the Assistance of Domicile benefit are the attentions of personal character, the attentions of domestic character that are carried out of daily form and the attentions of socio-educational character.
The attention to the beneficiary will be adequate at all times, in quality and form, following a style of work that encourages the maximum possible autonomy of the beneficiary, whenever the case allows it.
The service will be provided from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays), and the schedule of tasks will be between 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., so that the tasks of cleaning and mobility assistance ( Lift) will be developed, in general, in the morning, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
And those of advice and assistance to the mobility (bed), in afternoon time from 18:00 hours.
